For purposes of these Provisions, "Profiling" means any form of automated processing performed on your personal data to evaluate, analyze or predict personal aspects related to you or your economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements.

Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising. You have the right to opt-out from Targeted Advertising conducted by Growing Minds. For purposes of these Provisions, "Targeted Advertising” means displaying advertisements to you where the advertisements are selected based on personal data obtained from your activities over time and across nonaffiliated websites or online applications to predict your preferences or interests.
